Steve Rogers
Operations Manager
Steve Rogers started off his career as a unit manager for several corporate restaurant chains. After over 10 years in a challenging career, he chose to go into the private business sector. Moving into this end of the business world, he started with U.S. Immigration Affiliates and was brought in as the General Manager. As such, he was responsible for assisting in growing the business in all different directions. He was tasked with organizing and running the day to day operations of this International Company. His next step was with Taub & Associates/Taub’s Temps, an executive search firm and temporary agency, where he began as the Operations Manager/COO. In the first year, he grew the business by 35%. He also assisted in the growth of the company through marketing new and exciting ideas for Taub. Today he is working with Legal Brand Marketing where he is the Director of Operations. Steve has been an integral part in the growth of 1800DUILAWS.com, DrunkDrivingDefense.com, DUI-DWI.com, DUIExpungement.com, The DUI Report Magazine and the birth of many other marketing projects soon to be under way. Angie Rupert
Director of Marketing and Public Relations
Angie oversees public relations and marketing needs for all of Legal Brand Marketing’s clients. She graduated from Kansas State University with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and received her law degree from Loyola Law School. She is a member of the California State Bar and the Legal Marketing Association. Why is legal marketing important to law firms? “Lawyers are brilliant, busy people. Janice Ferguson
National Account Manager
Janice Ferguson is the National Account Manager and Legal Office Consultant for Legal Brand Marketing. She is currently in charge of office consulting and training for the entire United States. She has helped many Legal Brand Marketing clients to achieve their business goals and improve office efficiency.
Janice’s experience with attorneys and legal business development is expansive. She has more than 13 years working with lawyers to help them get more clients. For more than four years, Janice worked as a Judicial Program Specialist in Cobb County, Georgia. She worked with judges, prosecutors and defense attorneys to coordinate trials, motions and court hearings. In that capacity, she won two customer service awards including Customer Service Specialist of the Year. In addition, she was voted top employee out of 4,400 employees.
After working at Cobb County, Janice managed the largest DUI firm in GA for six years. While managing the firm, her efforts tripled the growth of the business. In addition to attracting more clients, Janice coordinated seminars for attorneys, trained all the staff in the office and across the U.S., Some of the attorneys who have used Janice’s expertise include Larry Taylor, Vic Carmody, Reese Joye and Andrew Mishlove.

Erik works on webmaster tasks including domain and hosting matters. He also has extensive experience with web design, html work, link campaigns and SEO optimization. He specializes in organic optimization of sites for Yahoo and Google. In addition to his work experience he has a 3D Animation degree from the Art Institute of Atlanta. Vernon sets up networks and provides consultations on network security. He graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a B.A. in Psychology. While attending UCSD he also completed advanced courses in Mathematics and Computer Science. Vernon is a Microsoft certified systems engineer and a network security project consultant for HIPAA compliance. He has extensive experience with troubleshooting for desktops, networks, servers and printers. Vernon is also trained in desktop and server backup systems. Legal Secretary Judy Pollock has more than three decades of secretarial experience in the legal and medical fields. Judy assists attorneys at the Kavinoky Law Firm with transcription and correspondence and contributes to the creation of The DUI Report, a magazine published by the Kavinoky Law Firm that outlines drivers’ rights after a DUI arrest. She also contributes to 1800DUILAWS.com, a nationwide network of drunk driving attorneys founded by Darren Kavinoky.
